Terms and Conditions

Tender Moments offers educational infant massage instruction for parents and caregivers. Our classes are designed to teach nurturing touch techniques that promote bonding, relaxation, and development.
We do not provide medical advice or therapy. Our instruction is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare.

• Parents or caregivers must always perform massage on their own infant.
• The instructor will demonstrate techniques on a doll—never directly on participants’ infants.
• Please consult your pediatrician before beginning infant massage if your baby has any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or skin sensitivities.
• You agree to follow your baby’s cues and to stop the massage if your baby shows signs of discomfort, illness, or distress

• Please do not attend in-person sessions if you or your baby are ill.
• If you are attending a group class, ensure your baby’s vaccinations or health status meet any venue requirements.
• You are responsible for your baby’s safety and well-being throughout each session.

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot in class.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable.
• If Tender Moments cancels a class due to illness, weather, or low enrollment, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

• For in-home sessions, please provide a clean, quiet, and comfortable space.
• The instructor reserves the right to end a session if conditions are unsafe or not appropriate for instruction.
• Virtual sessions require a stable internet connection and a private setting to ensure focus and comfort.

• Photos or videos will not be taken or shared without your express written consent.
• Any information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your permission.

By participating in any Tender Moments class, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in the program.
• You accept full responsibility for your and your baby’s safety.
• You release Tender Moments, its instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of your participation.

All class materials, handouts, and instructional content are the property of Tender Moments and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

By registering for a class or private session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
